STEP 1/7
Sift down the flour and baking soda.
STEP 2/7
In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar and salt to dissolve sugar and salt; add milk and vanilla (oil).
Vanilla scent is optional. When you use vanilla powder, you can sift it down together in step 1.
STEP 3/7
Add sifted powder and mix lightly until no flour is visible.
STEP 4/7
It's a recipe that my mother used to make when I was young, so there's a ripening process in the middle. It's a method of leaving it at room temperature for 30 minutes. It doesn't matter if you pass this process.
STEP 5/7
Apply oil to the paper cup
STEP 6/7
Fill 70% of the paper cups, add the nuts you want, and mix them slightly with chopsticks.
STEP 7/7
Steam it for 15 to 20 minutes in a steaming steamer and you're done!
If you poke it with watery chopsticks and the dough doesn't stick to the chopsticks, it's all cooked^^
Adjust the concentration of milk thickly by adding or subtracting depending on the size of the egg.
If you stir the dough for too long when mixing the powder, the texture of the steamed cake becomes tough.
It's important to just mix it so that you can't see the individual strands.
