Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Blanch the fried tofu in boiling water to remove the fat and squeeze the water out.
STEP 2/6
Put soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, and water in a pot, and when it boils, boil it down with fried tofu.

Add the blended vinegar to the warm rice and mix well.

Cut the end of the fried tofu and add rice to make a square fried tofu. Please make the shape according to your individuality.
