Rinse the fried tofu in cold water, place it neatly on the palm of your hand, and press the palms together to remove excess moisture and oil.

When it boils with all the seasoning of the above stewed soybean paste, add fried tofu and cook it. It's not convenient because you don't have to mix it, but I carefully pressed the fried tofu with a spoon so that it wouldn't rip. Cook the fried tofu until the right color comes out, and when it cools down, place it on the palm again to squeeze the sauce soaked in the fried tofu. I've never used fried tofu like this, but they say you can keep it frozen.
