Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Put the frozen fat in boiling water and remove the oil by pressing it with a spoon or ladle. Be careful because the fried tofu can be torn in this process.

Rinse the fried tofu in cold water, place it neatly on the palm of your hand, and press the palms together to remove excess moisture and oil.

Cut the fried tofu in half.

When it boils with all the seasoning of the above stewed soybean paste, add fried tofu and cook it. It's not convenient because you don't have to mix it, but I carefully pressed the fried tofu with a spoon so that it wouldn't rip.
