1. Wash the apples clean first. Sprinkle with baking soda + vinegar and soak in water for 30 minutes.

4. When a certain amount of moisture comes out of the apple, add a spoon of vinegar (lemon juice) and a spoon of cinnamon powder according to your preference, and transfer it to medium heat to boil.
The reason for adding vinegar or lemon juice is that you can keep it for a long time with a little acidity [!] If you don't like cinnamon powder, you don't have to add it ^-^

5. Lastly, continue to boil it down over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
