STEP 1/4
Wash the furnace shell thoroughly and peel it with a filler.
Cut the peeled furnace in half horizontally.
Spoon out the seeds of the cut furnace shell.
Slice the unseeded furnace into half-moon slices.

Put 2T of thick salt in a half-moon shaped furnace and marinate for about 10 minutes. Please turn it over in the middle.
Rinse the pickled furnace shell 3-4 times, support it on a strainer tray, drain it once, and squeeze the water tightly with your hands. Squeeze as much water as possible.

Chop up the green onions, please. Just a little bit of green on the green side of the green onion.(approximately 1015 cm)
Add seasoning and chopped green onions except sesame oil and mix.
Add the sauce to the drained furnace shell and mix well.
Lastly, add a little bit of sesame oil and mix it.
STEP 4/4
If you put it on a plate, it's done.
Don't pickle the old block with salt. Use pickling salt.
The time for pickling depends on the amount of salt. So, taste it in the middle of pickling and pickle what you like.
You have to squeeze the water out of the furnace.
