STEP 1/12
First, shred the vegetables for the tangsuyuk sauce. To make onion, carrot, paprika, and spicy taste, I also prepared Cheongyang red pepper and shredded it.
STEP 2/12
Prepare oyster sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, and starch water as ingredients for the tangsuyuk sauce.
STEP 3/12
Put chili oil in a pan and stir-fry green onion and chopped garlic. If you don't have chili oil, you can add oil, green onion, minced garlic, and chili powder and stir-fry it.
STEP 4/12
If green onion oil is made, add various vegetables and stir-fry them. Stir-fry it and boil it with water.
STEP 5/12
We're going to season the tangsuyuk sauce now. First, add tomato sauce.
STEP 6/12
Then add lemon juice or vinegar and finally add sugar. If you prefer sour taste, you can add vinegar or lemon juice.
Additional seasoning can be adjusted while using soy sauce.
STEP 7/12
If you pour the starch water little by little and adjust the concentration, the tangsuyuk sauce is complete.
STEP 8/12
From now on, shall we make fried squid tangsuyuk!!! Add sweet potato starch and corn starch first. The ratio of the two starch is 1:3.
STEP 9/12
Add beaten eggs, water, and cooking oil to the mixture of the two starch to adjust the concentration. The role of cooking oil is to create a crispy fried taste.
STEP 10/12
Cut the squid into bite-size pieces, drain it, coat it with starch powder before coating it with batter, and fry it with frying powder.
That way, the batter is well coated and prevents the oil from splashing due to moisture when frying.
STEP 11/12
Fried squid is done. Place the fried squid on a plate.
STEP 12/12
And if you sprinkle the sweet and sour pork sauce on top of the fried squid, the squid sweet and sour pork is complete!!!!!!!
If you don't have tomato sauce, you can also have tomato ketchup. Instead, ketchup is sweeter and sweeter than tomato sauce, so you can adjust the amount of sugar or vinegar that will go in later.
If you don't have sweet potato starch or corn starch, you can mix frying powder and potato starch to make a batter.
