Making Tiramisu / Homemade No Oven Dessert
It's a good tiramisu to give as a gift to family or lovers on their birthday. It's good to put it in the refrigerator and take it out like a snack and enjoy it as a dessert with milk or coffee.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Glasslock / Fresh cream / A little sugar / Cream cheese (mascapone cheese) / Castella / Cocoa powder espresso (available for coffee mix)
Prepare all the ingredients.
Prepare the castella by cutting it according to the size of the glass lock.

For whipped cream, you can use it in the market or in my case
Whipping cream: Make whipped cream with a sugar ratio of 10:1, then mix cream cheese with a ratio of 1.5:1 to prepare the cream.
It's supposed to be made with mascarpone cheese, but I used the cream cheese I had at home.

Take 3 shots of espresso and remove the crema
I use it after cooling it down.

Cut the castella into a glass lock and let it cool
Apply espresso moistly.

When you make fresh cream, you can make it better if you make it cold. It's well made even if you put it in a blender. You can use coffee as a substitute by mixing it in the paste.
