Whipping cream: Make whipped cream with a sugar ratio of 10:1, then mix cream cheese with a ratio of 1.5:1 to prepare the cream.
It's supposed to be made with mascarpone cheese, but I used the cream cheese I had at home.

Take 3 shots of espresso and remove the crema
