Looking at the freezer, there are still raw chestnuts that my mother took care of me last year. How much chestnut did you squat and peel? They gave it to me to put it in the rice, but they didn't like chestnut rice, so I sat in the freezer for a long time. I didn't want to leave anything behind, so I put it in the freezer and took it out to make jam.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
It's raw chestnuts that I put in a zipper bag and frozen in the freezer.
STEP 2/7
If you defrost the frozen raw chestnuts without defrosting 2kg + 180g in a generous pot, water will be generated, so I put them in the pot right away. And pour 7 cups of water and boil it over high heat, reduce it to medium to low heat.

When the chestnuts were cooked, they were crushed with a ladle's butt. If you don't like chestnut grains, grind them finely with a blender, and if you don't want to mix them like me, you can crush them with a ladle or wooden spatula to make them alive. When you put it in yogurt, it's good to chew the grains. It's my personal preference, of course. If you boil chestnuts and mash them, the water may decrease a lot. Don't panic then. If you add sugar, it becomes round as if you added water.

Then add 1kg of sugar and mix evenly.
STEP 5/7
Add 3 tablespoons of vinegar to sterilize
STEP 6/7
Boil over medium to low heat while stirring so that the floor does not get pressed. Roll out the foam that forms as it boils. When you boil it, it'll start splashing. Then the chestnut jam is done.

Homemade homemade yogurt with sweet chestnut jam. My kids eat it so well.
Chestnut jam is more delicious if you put it in homemade plain yogurt than spread it on bread.
