First, make grape filling and let it cool. Wash the grapes clean, remove the eggs, then remove the gala seeds in half, and separate the skin from the pulp. Juice comes out when you remove the seeds. I also use that juice. Gather the rinds and grind a little bit of grape juice into a small blender.

Place grape juice, grape pulp and sugar in saucepan and simmer slightly, stirring over low heat. When it boils to a certain extent, add the ground peel and lemon juice and bring to a boil, stirring.

When it has boiled down to a certain extent, add the sifted starch and bring to a boil, stirring.

Let's make crumble Gently beat butter in a bowl and add sugar and mix well. Add sifted flour and almond flour and mix by hand.

Let's make a cake Gently beat butter at room temperature in a bowl and whisk sugar until smooth. Add eggs to this and mix well. Add vanilla extract and mix well.

Add the sifted almond powder, flour and baking powder and mix gently with a spatula, drawing a #-shape. When mixed to a certain extent, add milk and mix to form a smooth dough.

Pan the cake dough in a parchment pan and drop it on the floor a couple of times to arrange the dough. Place grape filling on top of it to your liking and crumble on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
