Cooking Steps

The acorn jelly I bought a few days ago was stored in the refrigerator, so I have to blanch it in boiling water. I think it's better to slice it and blanch it because the filling gets loose slowly when it's big.

In the meantime, cut the kimchi and mix it well with sugar, sesame seeds, and sesame oil

Put acorn jelly in a bowl and add seasoned kimchi, chives (or cucumbers), and seaweed flakes.

Before you eat it, put in the dongchimi naengmyeon broth and add a drop of sesame oil, and that's it. In the middle of summer, it's really cool if you freeze the broth in the freezer and melt it slightly and make it into thin ice. In the cool weather, it's good to boil and pour anchovy broth.
