Chef Lee Yeonbok introduced the kkanpung dumpling recipe while watching Wednesday Food Talk I didn't get the exact measurement, but I think the recipe will be easy and delicious, so just follow it blindly :)

Ingredients
  • Frozen dumplings
    1plate
  • Garlic
    2piece
  • Red pepper with rat poop
    1/2spoon
  • leek

  • Cooking oil

  • Soy sauce

Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients.

Chop garlic, green onions, and red pepper into small pieces so that they can taste even after a short stir-fry.

If you cut and put Cheongyang red pepper, you can feel a little more refreshing spicy. When using kimchi dumplings, it's spicy enough with just rat-dung peppers :)
