  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • Red pepper powder

  • thick soy sauce
    2spoon
  • Korean style soy sauce
    2spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1/2spoon
  • Ginger
    1/3spoon
Cooking Steps

1. Cut it into appropriate sizes in a pot and put onions on it.

2. Put hairtail on top of radish and onion.
And prepare the seasoning.

I cut the cheongyang pepper into small pieces for the sauce.

4. Sprinkle the marinated fish on top of the hairtail
Add sliced green onions.
Add a little water about half a cup of paper.

5. Cover it and boil it for 15 to 20 minutes

Reduce the heat to low and cook.
