Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add 2T of soy sauce, 1T of chili powder, 1T of minced garlic, 2T of oyster sauce, 2T of oligosaccharide, and 1T of water
Chop and mix Cheongyang red pepper and green onion.

Wash the bean sprouts, mushrooms, and bok choy thoroughly, trim them, and blanch them in boiling water.
