If it's a small sausage, about 20g..My sausage is a little long and chubby, so I divided it into 25-26g pieces..

Boil the sausage in boiling water and drain it well
After the medium fermentation, push the dough flat, put sausage, wrap it well, and apply milk evenly.

And put on bread crumbs evenly
Put it on the pan and do the second fermentation for about 30 minutes.
I put it in an unrolled oven and just ferment it..
You can ferment at room temperature in these days, but when it gets cold, you need to ferment in a warm place ^^
When the fermentation is complete, spray the dough with oil or lightly spray it with oil..
Bake in a preheating oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
