Cooking Steps

Mix eggs, salt and milk in a bowl
STEP 2/4
In another bowl, sift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cold butter
Use a scraper (or spatula) to coat the butter with flour

Divide the dough into 12 pieces and place on a parchment baking tray

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes

    Instead of milk, I put almond brisket and mixed it in half. I split 50 grams and baked them in an air fryer, and the color is a little dark, but it's well cooked.
