STEP 1/10
Soak beef in cold water for about 10 minutes to drain the blood.
STEP 2/10
Pour enough water to cover the meat and boil over medium heat for about 30 minutes. I'll use the beef broth as it is later, so add plenty of water and boil it,
STEP 3/10
When you boil beef, you also boil potatoes and eggs.
STEP 4/10
When the beef is done, tear it apart or cut with a knife.
STEP 5/10
Peel the potatoes, too.
STEP 7/10
Mix soy sauce and starch syrup in a 1:1 ratio to make seasoning. If you want to eat it salty, you can increase the amount
STEP 8/10
Cut a couple of cheongyang peppers. It tastes better if you put them in^^
STEP 9/10
Pour all the seasoning of beef, potatoes, eggs, and soy sauce into the boiled beef water, boil it, and then add a spoonful of garlic. If the ingredients are not soaked in the beef broth, add some water so that all the ingredients are submerged!
STEP 10/10
If you boil it down to medium heat for about 10 minutes, it will boil down just enough to eat.The soup tastes good, too^^
I cooked the potatoes roughly and put them in, and they don't crumble and boil down well, surprisingly they taste good! When the amount of real meat is large, boil it for about 40 minutes and poke your chopsticks so that blood doesn't come out. It's better to steam it in a pressure cooker in hot summer^^
