A bowl of mackerel kimchi fried rice
What am I going to eat today? A dish using canned mackerel from the recipe! I made Shin Dong-yeop's mackerel kimchi fried rice. It's a comfortable fried rice dish to make quickly when you're hungry.

  • Sugar

  • Water
    5spoon
  • cooking wine

  • Sesame

  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Put a little bit of sesame oil on the pan, stir-fry minced garlic and green onions first, and when the garlic scent comes up, add kimchi and stir-fry.
STEP 2/4
Add 1 spoon of sugar, 5 spoons of water, and 1 spoon of cooking wine and stir-fry together.
STEP 3/4
When the kimchi has a certain sweetness, add mackerel flesh and rice and season it with the ground kimchi soup.
STEP 4/4
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the fried rice and that's it! A bowl of cooking is complete. The mackerel is similar to the texture of tuna. I was worried it wouldn't taste fishy, but good! It doesn't smell. It was delicious because it was similar to tuna.
