Making sundae soup with leftover sundae
I made and ate sundae gukbap using leftover sundae. It's a super-simple dish that you can make in 10 minutes. The rich soup and savory taste are excellent.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Chop the green onions and cheongyang peppers, and prepare the chives after trimming them.
STEP 2/5
Add 2T of red pepper powder, 1T of minced garlic, 1T of soy sauce, 0.5T of plum juice, 0.5T of salt, and 3 times of pepper powder to make seasoned red-pepper sauce.
STEP 3/5
For the broth, mix the beef bone broth and water in a 1:1 ratio.
STEP 4/5
Put it in an earthen pot and when the soup starts to boil, put in as much sundae and intestines as you want
Sprinkle with 0.5T of perilla powder and 3 times of pepper. And boil for about 5 minutes.
STEP 5/5
When the soup comes out, turn off the heat, sprinkle red pepper, green onion, and add chives. Before you eat, you can add seasoned red-pepper sauce and salted shrimp.
