STEP 1/6
The ingredients are super simple...Hard-boiled tomatoes, chives and onions. I cut some chives from my in-laws two weeks ago, but they're still fresh... Cut chives into bite-size pieces and shred onions and soak them in water. If you change the water in the middle, you can reduce the spicy taste of onions.
STEP 2/6
Cut tomatoes into bite-size pieces with chopsticks for a long time.
STEP 3/6
Put tomatoes, chives, and onions in a bowl.
STEP 4/6
Add red pepper powder, lemon vinegar, tuna sauce, plum extract, and sesame seeds for seasoning. I'm going to make fresh kimchi right away, so I took out the pungent garlic and green onions. It's good because the onion is soaked in water and it doesn't taste spicy.
STEP 5/6
Put on plastic gloves in the bowl and mix it gently as if you're handling a baby.
STEP 6/6
It tastes good, but the color is so good. Red, green, white... who would have imagined that red pepper powder and tuna sauce would go with tomatoes. But it looks so good on you...The rich juice and refreshing scent of tomatoes fill your mouth...The taste that went out of the house comes back right away. lol
