  • roasted seaweed

  • leek
    1ea
  • Soy sauce
    3TS
  • Cheongju
    3TS
  • Water
    3TS
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
  • Sugar
    1/2TS
  • plum extract
    1TS
  • Sesame oil
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Tear the roasted seaweed moderately by hand.
STEP 2/5
Mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of refined rice wine, 3 tablespoons of water, 1/2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of plum syrup, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a saucepan and boil it.

Turn off the heat and cool it down with the green onions.
STEP 4/5
Grill the chopped soggy seaweed once in a dry pan.
STEP 5/5
Pour the prepared seasoning evenly on the roasted seaweed and season it. Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds on top it off. Seasoned laver is done.
