Making sesame dumplings

Cooking Steps

Wash the sesame seeds with cold water, raise the sesame seeds with a bowl, pick out the stones, and drain.

Remove from heat when sesame seeds are thickly swollen and golden.

Put glutinous rice flour in a bowl, add sugar and salt, pour hot water little by little, and knead. If you like the sweetness, you can add more sugar.

Make the dough into bite-size pieces. The round shape is pretty.

Add the dumplings made in boiling water
STEP 7/8
When the dumplings are cooked and float, strain them through a sieve.

Roll dumplings on stir-fried sesame seeds and coat them evenly.
