How to make kimchi soup
Use old kimchi to make porridge. The familiar kimchi becomes a different porridge dish. It's good for breakfast and hangover.

Ingredients
  • Kimchi
  • white rice
  • Eggs
  • perilla oil
  • sesame salt
  • seaweed flakes
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Add the appropriate amount of kimchi and kimchi soup, and stir-fry it with perilla oil.
STEP 2/9
Add a spoonful of red pepper powder and stir-fry a lot for the spicy taste. That's how the soup tastes good.
STEP 3/9
Pour in plenty of water. It would be better to add anchovies and kelp stock.

I added shrimp powder, anchovy powder, and shiitake mushroom powder as a substitute for the broth.

First, season it with soy sauce and mix the soup.

And add rice.
STEP 7/9
Bring to a boil until the rice is well blended.

When the rice grains are melted, add the eggs.

Finish with seaweed flakes and sesame salt. Kimchi porridge is done.
It's delicious even if you hold more soup and boil it with bean sprouts.
