Cooking Steps

Cut all the ingredients into small pieces!!

Stir-fry vegetables in an oiled pan. When the potatoes are cooked, add rice and mix

Add eggs to taste Rather than breaking it on top of rice and mixing it, I like scrambling it separately. Push the rice to one side and scramble the eggs
