  • Vienna sausage

  • onion

  • Slice cheese
    3piece
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • Mustard
  • Ketchup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Place shredded onions in a heated pan with a little oil and stir-fry over low heat until lightly browned. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
STEP 2/6
Cut sausage into bite-size cuts and blanch in boiling water to remove moisture.
Bake in a heated pan until golden brown.
STEP 3/6
Bake the bread in a toaster and cut it in half.
Spread mustard sauce on bread, slice cheese in half and place each.
STEP 4/6
Place sausage and stir-fry onion on top.
STEP 5/6
Place each slice of cheese on top and bake in oven until cheese melts.
STEP 6/6
Sprinkle mustard and ketchup on the cheese sausage toast from the oven as shown in the picture.
