Ingredients
  • Kim
    3piece
  • Japchae
    suitably
  • bread crumbs
    little
  • Flour
    5TS
  • Water
    10TS
  • Chili sauce
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Put the japchae in a plastic bag, freeze it in the freezer, take it out, and melt it naturally!
STEP 2/9
If the stir-fried japchae is too hot, the steam may shrink when you put it on top, so let it cool enough!
STEP 3/9
It's good to use frying powder in dough, but I replaced it with flour because it wasn't there. Instead, I fried it with bread crumbs
STEP 4/9
Cut the gimbap seaweed into quarters, put a sufficiently cooled japchae on the red arrow area, and roll it like a wrap!
STEP 5/9
Even if you don't curl it too tightly, it becomes firm if you fry it
STEP 6/9
Dip seaweed rolls into dough > bread crumbs in order.
STEP 7/9
Fry it in heated oil at an appropriate temperature
STEP 8/9
It's a seaweed that's fried seaweed.
STEP 9/9
Cut the dried seaweed roll in half, dip it in chili sauce, and enjoy it.
