Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare dark chocolate and butter by dissolving them in hot water and mixing them well. When melted, remove from bowl of water and prepare not too hot.
STEP 2/8
Beat the yolk into the egg yolk, then add the sugar and mix until it flows when the whisk is lifted, turning a milky ivory color.
STEP 3/8
Add melted chocolate in medium heat and mix little by little.
STEP 4/8
Add twice sifted flour and cocoa powder and mix with a spatula.
STEP 5/8
Add whipped cream at room temperature and mix
STEP 6/8
Whisk the cold whites, then add the sugar 3-4 times and add the meringue.
STEP 7/8
Add 1/3 of the meringue to the chocolate dough and mix. Mix meringue 1/3 times three times. Be careful not to burst the foam, and mix evenly to the bottom.
STEP 8/8
Place in a pre-loaded cake pan with parchment paper, pat it on the floor to remove air bubbles, and bake it in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. Adjust the time according to the oven.
