Stir-fry meat in a heated pan surrounded by cooking oil. If you cook it over high heat, the seasoning will burn, so when the pan is heated enough, add the meat and stir-fry it on medium or low heat.

Boil the sweet vinegar ingredients until the sugar dissolves, put them in hot rice, and mix them with steam. If you add sweet vinegar water, the rice will rest less, but if you're lazy, just add sesame oil and mix it. (The rice is stained after mixing brown rice.)

Add the stir-fried spicy pork to the rice and wrap it well, then make a triangle and roll the seaweed. If you have a triangle gimbap frame, use it. If you don't have it, it doesn't matter if you make it round. If it's hard to put it inside, you can just add stir-fried spicy pork and mix the rice to make it round.
