Sweet and sour octopus seasoned with vinegar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Make sure to clean the octopus well and remove foreign substances from the sucker, and cut the hair with scissors to prevent the intestines from bursting. Then, blanch it slightly in boiling water and take it out.

Remove all the leaves of the water parsley, blanch it slightly, squeeze the water out. Chop the onions and prepare them.

You can add octopus and vegetables, add the prepared seasoning, and mix it gently.

Lastly, I'll sprinkle sesame seeds. Sprinkle a little bit of sesame oil right before you eat.
