Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Beat in eggs and mix with sugar and salt.
Add all the pre-sorted powders and mix.
STEP 2/4
Cut the honey macadamia nuts into thick pieces in a food processor.
Add the nuts and mix.
STEP 3/4
Add melted butter and mix. Place the dough in a piping bag and rest in the refrigerator for about an hour
Spread butter on mold. Squeeze 80% of the batter in the refrigerator into a madeleine mold and bake it at 170 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes (adjust the time and temperature according to the oven specification)

It's also a great snack for soft, savory nut madeleine kids.
Microwave the butter and melt it beforehand. Please sift the powder in advance. Remove eggs to room temperature beforehand. I used honey macadamia haru dog and 2 bags of nuts.
