  • Soy sauce

Cooking Steps

Clean mugwort and grind it in a mixer with water.
STEP 2/8
Pour flour, eggs, salt, mugwort water and knead.
STEP 3/8
Let the dough ripen in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.

Roll it with a rolling pin and roll it with flour.

Cut it into bite-sized pieces, shake it off with flour, and boil it in boiling water.
