Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the meat and tteokbokki into pieces.
STEP 2/8
Chop carrots and green onions from time to time.
STEP 3/8
Grease a frying pan and stir-fry carrot-tteok-meat in order.
STEP 4/8
Add soy sauce 3, oligosaccharide 2, minced garlic 1 based on rice spoon and stir-fry together.
STEP 5/8
Pour 250mm of water when the soup boils down.
STEP 6/8
In the meantime, boil half of it in another pot. If you just put it in the tteokbokki frying pan, it will absorb all the soup, so you have to cook it in half like this way.
STEP 7/8
Add the noodles together. Boil rice cake, meat, and noodles until lightly seasoned.

Lastly, add green onion and stir-fry it on high heat for a bit!
