Ingredients
  • Young squash
    1/2ea
  • Potato
    2ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • crushed garlic
  • leek
  • Soybean paste
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add two and a half spoons of commercial doenjang.
STEP 2/5
Add all the ingredients to boil the soybean paste stew. Put the potatoes in first. That way, you can cook it well.
STEP 3/5
On top of that, put onions, zucchini, tofu, minced garlic, and green onions on top. Cover and start over high heat. Then, when you hear a certain amount of boiling, transfer the heat to medium heat. Please open the lid. Otherwise, it could overflow.
STEP 4/5
The doenjang jjigae that started to boil like this will make bubbles. Removing the foam can make it taste better. So just remove all the foam with a ladle. After doing it several times, it doesn't come up anymore.
STEP 5/5
It's almost done. It's better to boil it gently on low heat for about 10 minutes. That way, all vegetables can be cooked evenly and it's good to eat them with the taste.
