  • bread crumbs

  • Frying flour
    1cup
  • egg

  • parsley powder

  • a thick salt

  • Curry
    1/2spoon

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
How to wash oysters is simple. Rinse the holes in running water for a while, add 1/2 spoonful of coarse salt and wash them by hand. You have to do it gently so that the oyster doesn't rip. A few times, I got a lot of black water after doing it. If you rinse it with running water, you're done washing the oysters!
STEP 2/4
It's time to season the oysters after washing them. Add a little pepper and 1/2 spoon of curry powder and season. If you add curry powder, it takes away the fishy taste of oysters and the mild curry scent is really good ^^
STEP 3/4
As you all know, coat the batter with frying powder egg water bread crumbs. Add 1 spoon of parsley to bread crumbs ^^
STEP 4/4
Fry it crispy in a preheated oil pot and it's done ^^
