Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Place banana and yolk sugar in a hand blender or blender and blend well.
STEP 2/7
Make a soft meringue in another bowl.

Add 1/2 of the meringue to the banana batter first and mix well.

Sieve the flour (thin rice flour, baking powder, baking soda) and mix well.

Add oil and vanilla extract and mix.

Place gently mixed dough in oil or buttered mold,

Bake in a preheating oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. After cooling it down, cut it into bite-size pieces.
