How to make jujube ginger tea

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare jujube, ginger and licorice sliced 0.2 to 0.3cm thick.
STEP 2/8
I made 3 to 4 cuts long for jujube to come out well.
STEP 3/8
Boil the prepared ingredients with 2 liters of water.
STEP 4/8
When it boils up, reduce the heat to low, cover it with a lid, and boil it for about 2 hours.

Then, remove the licorice and ginger and crush the jujube with a sieve.

If you pour water from time to time, jujube, ginger, and licorice boiled water while mashing, the jujube flesh comes down better.

Pour 0.5 liters more water and boil it for 30 minutes or more over low heat. It is said that if you go through this process, the jujube tastes better.

And just before eating, add honey to your taste and garnish with jujube and pine nuts to make jujube ginger tea with licorice.
