First, wash your hands clean and prepare the necessary ingredients.

Remove the plastic shell, which is thinly covered as if there is crab meat, and prepare it by cutting it into three pieces vertically and 1cm horizontally.

I will prepare pickled radish that will add crunchy texture by cutting it at 0.5cm intervals.

Place 1T of sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry crab meat slightly over medium heat. If you stir-fry it for about 30 seconds, the scent gets much stronger. And the texture of the crab meat gets softer, too!

Add the prepared garnish, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to the rice and mix lightly. And make rice balls in a round shape. It's easy to stick to your hands, so if you apply sesame oil on your palm in between, it smells good and doesn't stick well, making it easier.

If you put a lot of seaweed on a large plate and lightly roll the rice balls that add a savory taste and a crispy texture right before you eat it, then put enough seaweed on it~?? Delicious rice balls are done!
Try stir-frying crab meat! The texture is softer and the taste is stronger than when you just use it.
