Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
I'll prepare the vegetables for Daegu Jiri-tang. Slice the radish into 0.5cm thick slices and cut the water parsley into 5cm apart. Cut the green onion in half, cut it the same size as the water parsley, and cut the cheongyang pepper diagonally.
STEP 2/4
Add radish first when the delicious clam broth is boiling. And when it boils up, I'll put in the cod.

Add soft and savory cod roe and season with salt and pepper. It would be better if you remove the bubbles that come up.
