STEP 1/6
Slice onions, green onions, carrots thinly, and put pork in a small bowl, season the pork with seasoning (1TS minced garlic, 1TS soju, 1TS Cheongju, 1TS cooking wine, 1TS plum juice, 1TS soy sauce, and a little pepper).
Soak wood ear mushrooms for about 30 minutes, trim them and cut them into bite-size pieces. Boil water in a pot, blanch oyster mushrooms for 30 seconds to 1 minute, rinse them in cold water, and strain them over a strainer. You have to do this so that the mushrooms don't get wet when you stir-fry japchae.
STEP 2/6
Stir-fry onions slightly in a frying pan and put them in a large bowl when they die of breath in a translucent state. The same goes for carrots.
When you stir-fry carrots and onions, you put sugar and salt together and stir-fry them. Then, stir-fry the seasoned pork and cook it thoroughly.
STEP 3/6
When the pork is fully cooked, add mushrooms and wood ear mushrooms, stir-fry lightly, add green onions, mix once, and turn off the gas stove. (Doesn't it need spinach instead of green onions? I don't have spinach, so I put in green onions instead
STEP 4/6
Now, it's time to boil the glass noodles! Add the glass noodles to boiling water and bring to a boil for about 20 minutes. Remove one noodle and remove it when it looks transparent, wash it in running cold water, and drain it from the strainer.
STEP 5/6
Seasoning with glass noodles - Add soy sauce 7 to 8TS, sugar 3TS, light green 2TS, and pepper, stir-fry quickly over medium heat, and add 1TS of sesame oil and a little bit of sesame salt to complete the dish^^
STEP 6/6
I sprayed a lot of sesame seeds, so the picture is really..It looks delicious. By the way, lastly taste it. If you need more salt or soy sauce, you can add more seasoning.
