Chicken breast curry fried rice
The best menu to clean up the refrigerator is curry fried rice!!! You can make a very nice meal just by chopping up all the vegetables you roll around.. The refrigerator arrangement comes as a bonus. Today's concept is Indian curry fried rice.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
You can use raw chicken breast.. You can make fried rice much faster if you use chicken breast cooked and smoked like me. The reason why I used this product is because it's convenient.. The visuals.. It's kind of good.
STEP 2/9
Marinate chicken breast in 1 tbsp curry and 3 tbsp plain yogurt. Actually, you can cut smoked products into fried rice without this process. Please let me sleep for about 30 minutes.

Take out all the vegetables in the house, such as onions, paprika, mushrooms, carrots, etc.

Chop mushrooms, carrots, paprika, and onions.

I've already used cooked smoked chicken breast, so I grilled it back and forth in a grill pan to make it look good. If you want to use raw meat, put cooking oil on the pan and cook it well to the core. Yogurt and curry can burn a bit, so if you want to make it look good, use the oven... If you want to cook comfortably, you can cut it and fry it in a pan.

Stir-fry vegetables in a heated pan with olive oil. If you want to use raw meat, stir-fry chicken breast before vegetables.

Put in the rice..

Marinate 1 tablespoon of curry powder and chicken breast, add remaining curry yogurt and mix well.

Place fried rice on a plate and top with roasted chicken breast.
