STEP 1/10
I bought beef for bulgogi
Carefully spread out the rolled meat one by one ~
Sprinkle herb salt on top of the meat and let the liver cut and leave it as it is!
STEP 2/10
I took out bell peppers, green onions, radish sprouts, and mushrooms from the refrigerator and cut them into appropriate sizes ~
Even if you don't buy vegetables, you can make them taste good with ingredients at home
STEP 3/10
Put a piece of pickled meat on top and put the vegetables on top ~
STEP 4/10
This is what it looks like when you roll it!
STEP 5/10
After rolling all the things in one pack, there are about seven
The vegetables are perfect, too!
STEP 6/10
When it's cooked, I rolled it on top of the chopstick powder because I was afraid the meat wouldn't stick well and get loose
STEP 7/10
If you put too much powder on it, it might get oily, so roll it gently
STEP 8/10
Grease a frying pan and cook evenly as you roll well ~ If it's cooked too much, it'll get tough!
STEP 9/10
<Making Sauce>
1 tbsp water / 3 tbsp soy sauce / 2 tbsp oligosaccharide / 1 tbsp sugar / 2 tbsp mirin
When the meat is slightly cooked, sprinkle with the sauce ~
As you roll it, cook it over low heat and wait until the meat is cooked
STEP 10/10
The top part is a bit loose, and the bottom part is tightly rolled, right?
Only the meat part is cooked. It's chewy and crunchy because of the vegetables, so it's good
1. When it's cooked, I rolled it on top of the chopstick powder in case the meat wouldn't stick well and get loose.
2. If you put too much powder on it, it might get oily, so roll it gently
