Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Before cooking braised short ribs, add beef ribs in cold water to make blood.
Remove the blood for 2 to 3 hours.
Please change the water in between.

Once the blood has been removed to a certain extent, remove the fat from the ribs. If it's too oily, the oil floats around, so when you eat it... It bothers me, it's messy.. It's high in calories and needs to be removed.

We should marinate the ungreased ribs in the sauce.
= Making seasoning for beef ribs (based on 600g of beef ribs)=
120ml of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 bag of pear juice, 1 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 1 1/2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1 tablespoons of ginger juice, 2 tablespoons of plum juice, 5 cups of water
Mix all the galbi seasoning and let it ripen in the refrigerator for about a day. For me... I only made the seasoning while removing the blood from the ribs.
STEP 4/9
You have to boil the marinated ribs over high heat.
Usually, you have to parboil it once after removing the blood and before seasoning it to remove the fat.
I'm going to boil it after marinating it, so I skipped blanching.
STEP 5/9
While the ribs are boiling, cut the potatoes and carrots in a round shape, cut the red pepper and green onion diagonally, and cut the onions into large pieces.
For your information, the reason why we cut hard ingredients such as potatoes and carrots in a round shape is to prevent them from bumping into each other while cooking braised short ribs.
STEP 6/9
Braised short ribs are boiled over high heat, and when it starts to boil, adjust to medium-low heat and boil for about 10 minutes more. Then add the potatoes and carrots and bring to a boil for another 15 minutes.

Lastly, add the onion, red pepper, and green onion and boil them until they are cooked.

I heard beef gets tough if you cook it for a long time... Braised short ribs are soft and soft when cooked for a long time.
If there was chestnut, it would have been better if I put it in and boil it..That's too bad.

    The other braised beef ribs are intermediate...It's a bit of a lot It's a beginner'I tried it. I tried it on a regular royal pan, not a pressure cooker...It was easier than I thought..It's delicious, too I think I can do well without looking at the recipe next time^^
