Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Leave it at room temperature to gently dissolve the softened cream cheese, add sugar and whip to remove the creaking. Add whipped cream and mix evenly.

Sift the starch, mix evenly, then add black sesame and mix.
STEP 4/5
Break cookies and mix them evenly, place parchment paper in a round pan, pour 90% of the dough, and drop the mold slightly from a height of about 10cm to make the dough uniform.
STEP 5/5
Place the thickly sliced cookies and black ones on the top and place the water in another pan in a preheated oven to 160 degrees and bake the pan over the water.
