Cooking Steps

Prepare 4 pieces of ripe kimchi and shake off some of the kimchi. And cut it into bite-size pieces.

Please chop the cabbage and green onion. Blanch the mushrooms slightly in boiling water and squeeze the water out.

Mix the amount of seasoning for the rice bowl in advance.

Grease a heated pan, add ripe kimchi, and stir-fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

Add cabbage and blanched mushrooms and stir-fry them for about 1 minute.
