Soak the deodeok in warm water for a while, remove the skin and wash it clean. When I wore sanitary gloves and used a potato knife, I was able to remove the skin easily.

Add red pepper paste, brewed soy sauce, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, minced green onions, and sesame oil and mix well.
STEP 5/6
Grease a heated frying pan with cooking oil and cook the marinated deodeok while turning it upside down so that it can be cooked evenly. When you grill it on a grill, it's good to grill it while applying the sauce.
