STEP 1/6
I prepared kimchi and whole pork belly
STEP 2/6
I put kimchi and pork belly in a bowl for mungtung stew. I put the boiling beef bone soup
STEP 3/6
And add chili powder and perilla oil
STEP 4/6
Put the lid on and boil it..At first, boil it over high heat, and when it starts to boil, boil it over medium low heat until the kimchi is fully cooked
STEP 5/6
It seems like it was boiled for about 30 to 40 minutes. The pork belly was well cooked..When I tasted the soup, it was perfect without any other seasoning
STEP 6/6
Move the kimchi to the earthen pot. Cut the whole pork belly into pieces and put it on one side. Put a handful of green onions on top and finish
Moongtung-jjigae that I made after watching a famous restaurant on a show
Please note that the restaurant has kimchi soup, not beef bone soup.
