Cooking Steps

Put all ingredients except butter in a bowl and stir in a medium bath. If you melt it over boiling water, the eggs will be cooked and lumped together, and the curd will fail right away, so please melt it over medium-low heat.

When it feels a bit thick, add the butter and stir. Add the butter and it will be thin for a while. If you mix it a little more and double boil it, it becomes thick again..

If you leave it until it's very thick when boiling like making jam, it'll be too hard when it cools down, so if you stop when it's enough to flow, it'll be complete
