Ingredients
  • Pork tenderloin
    600g
  • leek
  • onion
  • Whole pepper
  • Garlic
    little
  • Ginger
    little
  • quail eggs
    1pack
  • Seasoned soy sauce
    1cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut 600g of pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and soak it in cold water for about 30 minutes to drain blood. Pour enough water to soak the meat in a pot, add spicy vegetables, green onion leaves, whole garlic, ginger, pepper, onion, and bay leaf, and boil it for about 20 minutes.
STEP 2/4
Pork tenderloin is not greasy, so you don't have to filter it on gauze, but if you filter it out, it filters out a lot of foam residue.
STEP 3/4
Wash the pot thoroughly, add boiled meat, add 1C of seasoned soy sauce, pour the clear broth filtered through gauze, and bring to a boil. If you cover the lid, the smell of the meat flies away and helps to cook.
STEP 4/4
Try one side. When it's less cooked than you want, add the boiled quail eggs and cook thoroughly.
