Beolgyo cockle... So if it's not Cham cockle, the skin is a little clean like me. But I'll have to wash it clean. Add a little salt to running water and rub to remove any foreign substances on the skin. For your information, it's much cleaner if you rub cockles against each other.
STEP 2/7
Put the washed cockles in boiling water and blanch them with a little bit of salt. You have to blanch it in one direction, so it's easier to eat the cockles on one side of the skin^^ When cockles start to open their mouths, they're all cooked. I... It's not that cold yet, so I boiled it a little longer just in case. Until most of the cockles open their mouths

[Making cockle sauce]
Mix 1/2 tablespoon red pepper powder, 3 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon ginger juice, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon chopped chives, 1 tablespoon chopped onion and sesame seeds.
Chop red pepper, chives, and minced garlic.
