Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Beolgyo cockle... So if it's not Cham cockle, the skin is a little clean like me. But I'll have to wash it clean. Add a little salt to running water and rub to remove any foreign substances on the skin. For your information, it's much cleaner if you rub cockles against each other.

Put the washed cockles in boiling water and blanch them with a little bit of salt. You have to blanch it in one direction, so it's easier to eat the cockles on one side of the skin^^ When cockles start to open their mouths, they're all cooked. I... It's not that cold yet, so I boiled it a little longer just in case. Until most of the cockles open their mouths

The cockles were plumper than I thought^^ Remove about two-thirds of the skin from the cockles to be made of seasoned cockles.. The remaining 1/3 of cockles were removed to put in soybean paste soup.
STEP 4/7
[Making cockle sauce]
Mix 1/2 tablespoon red pepper powder, 3 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon ginger juice, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon chopped chives, 1 tablespoon chopped onion and sesame seeds.
Chop red pepper, chives, and minced garlic.
STEP 5/7
It's so good even if you put it on top of the hot rice and mix it's so good^^ Well... It would be good as a seasoning for bean sprout rice. It's a multi-purpose seasoning^^
STEP 6/7
Place an appropriate amount of sauce on top of cockles to taste.
STEP 7/7
You can dip it in the sauce or mix it well, but you have to hold the skin and slurp it^^
