Making peach jelly

  • canned peach
    1can
  • gelatin
    4piece
  • lemon water
    500~600ml
  • Oligosaccharide
    3TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Just take the peaches out of the can, please.
STEP 2/6
Soak the pan gelatin in cold water for about 10 minutes.
STEP 3/6
Add oligosaccharide to lemon water and simmer slightly, then add the soaked gelatin and mix evenly so that there is no lumps.
STEP 4/6
Place 2 peaches each in a cup and pour gelatinized water.
STEP 5/6
Cover with a lid or wrap and let it harden in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
STEP 6/6
If you flip it over and it doesn't flow, it's done.
