Boil noodles in boiling water. Add plenty of water and salt. In the past, I used to boil it with oil to prevent it from getting soggy quickly, but now I only boil it with salt. You have to add salt. Otherwise, the saltiness in the noodles will be put in the water and become unseasonable noodles.

Rinse well-boiled noodles in cold water several times. The noodles in the picture are probably after washing about 6 times, it depends on the noodles, so you have to rinse them until clear water comes out. If starch or flour is attached to the surface of the noodles, the redness will swell. Even if you rub it, rinse it until clear water comes out, and you can eat noodles that do not swell until you finish eating.

Ingredients prepared while noodles are being boiled. Chop the kimchi, chop the cucumber. I also shredded the onions and mixed them in the seasoning. If you mix them in advance, they will give you some moisture and be suitable for mixing noodles.
